One of the engineer volunteers at the museum has purchased and has been restoring an R4360 Cool

I took these pics a month or so back , but late today it was to be mounted on a purpose built stand. ( pics to come )

Eventually this will be a running display engine Cool Cool Cool Cool

Seeing as the 4360 has now been moved into the main hangar for now, it's made room in the restoration hangar for another wee beastie.

The same guy has purchased a Wright 3350 which arrived the other day Very Happy Very Happy

Yep , he'll be doing the bulk of the work himself, but later in the project he'll use some of our guys.

He has also acquired a prop for the 4360 which will be cut down to suit.

Jeff, that stand is just a temporary one .... it's the same as the 4360 was sitting on in the first pic Wink
