Last Sunday the Air Chathams DC-3 popped into Tauranga and parked up at Classic Flyers Very Happy

Air Chathams flies the Auckland - Whakatane route as a scheduled service.

The weekends are a loose end for them so while they wait for the return flight to Auckland on the Sunday, they're trialing an idea of offering scenic flights out of Tauranga over the Bay of Plenty Very Happy

Couldn't resist the opportunity to park the Stearman by the classic DC-3 Cool

Some would say there's 3 classics in the pic Razz Laughing
